I worked on this piece last night. I was looking through some old work to mess with it and post up. It's been months. The verse is picked up from Psalm 73:26. As Christians, we are peculiar from any one else. When we struggle, we have a savior to call on and to help us. There are times of need in which God is the only provider of strength and guidance. Nothing else - not drugs, alcohol, or therapy. The power that our Maker holds is like nothing we can imagine. Why else is He called God? One reason why billions of human beings doubt our God being God is that their minds automatically believe that it is just "physically" or "scientifically" impossible. How could a person create the universe and everyone on earth? Hello? -- God is God. God isn't your brother. God isn't your pet dog. He is God. Don't you know how big that makes him? He has the power and wisdom - He is holy. I am thankful for a God who is full of mercy, that he doesn't "strike" his children for the sake of our almost meager human nature. We are nothing without Him. He is our purpose on earth. We have a Savior to be there for us in our most high spirits. And we have a Savior when our souls and hearts are weak. God provides that strength for us. He is ours, if you believe. "The joy of the LORD is our strength." Give Him all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise. He will then bless us right back with His joy, the joy that He gets when He recieves our worship. Amen to that!
